A celebration of queer resilience, community power, and creative self-protection, this project was a joyful collaboration with Ramona DeMotto. In response to selected passages of Larry Mitchell’s utopian novel “The Faggots and their Friends Between Revolutions,” this delicately adorned miniature space represented collective play and ceremony while offering a humorous revision of religious (Catholic) worship.
